Areas Served: Villach, Wien, Linz, Salzburg, Ulm (Germany) can you say Anschluss? Technically Neil D. Schaerrer was my first. Only through correspondence. I didn't meet him until after my mission. I then had Erwin E. Wirkus, Gustav Salik (gip gas Gustav) he was never around. Always in Yugoslavia and other Slavic countries. The AP's ran things. Pretty scarey. Kenneth Ryan Myers was my last after the Anschluss into Germany Munich. Martin Luther Myers was a wonderful man. I crossed paths with him many times before his far too early passing. I guess Father had more need of him than us.

Bio: I have lived in Las Vegas since Nov 2000. I am a bay area refuge. I decided I'd prefer to be a homeowner in Hell, rather than homeless in paradise. Actually Kaliban, or the Peoples Republik of Kalifornia, is no longer the wonderful State it used to be. I have a long suffering wife and 4 kids. I enjoy 4 wheeling, exercising my second amendment rights, travel, Macintosh computers and Apple's wonderful products. At church I am a lowly membership clerk, who struggles valiantly to keep up with the membership turnover in our somewhat transitory ward. If you are a former companion of mine, or was in any of my districts or zones, please forgive me. Remember how young, stupid and inexperienced we all were. The Church must be true, it makes progress in spite of the missionaries. I was very sad to see the Vienna part of the Austria mission go away. I think selling the Vienna mission home a big mistake.
