I have been married since 1989 to my sweetheart Carol (both from Columbus, Ohio) and have four boys (Mark-born 1992, William-born 1995, Samuel- born 1998, Matthew-born 2001). I was a high school Social Studies teacher in the Columbus Public Schools for 11 years until I returned in 2001 to pursue a doctorate in Educational Administration at The Ohio State University. I am now an Assistant Professor in Educational Leadership at The University of Arizona.
